1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

2 Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Maintaining multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You may not transfer, sell, or disclose your account to any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify 3310 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3310 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account security and comply with review requirements.

3 User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a 3310 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You agree not to:

Using this service for any fraudulent, illegal, or unlawful activity.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or performance of the 3310 platform and its servers.
Using automated software, bots, or other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
Distributing defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content through any platform feature that allows user communication.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas of the platform or to other users' accounts.

3310 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, against any breach of these terms.

4 Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 3310 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including online banking and e-wallets available in Malaysia.

You are responsible for ensuring that any payment method you use belongs to you and is authorised for use. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Deposits that have been received and credited to a gaming account cannot be reversed, except under circumstances recognised by 3310's internal policy.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 3310 account. Name discrepancies may result in delays or rejection of the withdrawal.

Any loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, server downtime, or internet connection failures on the user's end.
Disputed game outcomes or betting results arising from user error, unstable connections, or issues with the user's device.
Loss of data or information resulting from events beyond 3310's control, such as cyberattacks, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Regarding account policy, 3310 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, use of multiple accounts, or any activity deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed for valid reasons, any eligible balance will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures.

6 Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
